I like to keep in form and Ive been slacking a bit lately, so its high time I got back into the sway of things with my fitness. My slave here is going to help me - but not in the conventional way! To commence with, Ive had a bit of a bad knee lately so I need to work on that area - and theres only one place a knee can go indeed, isnt there?!
