Breath Play And Strangling Photos

My slave is entirely strapped with ropes so he cant indeed budge his arms or gams. I start of smothering him using my hands - but im feeling much more creative today and use my hands, feet and ass to smother him. In the end I use another rope to bind his throat to his hands and feet so he can hardly breathe. I guess Ill keep him that way for a few hours.
